Who we are
This website is operated by DECISIM. You can contact us at evaluations@decisim.com.
When you visit this website
This website does not use cookies, analytics scripts, advertising or tracking, and it loads nothing from other websites.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes the technical information needed to deliver pages and to protect the website from abuse, such as your IP address, your browser type and the page you asked for. Cloudflare handles this information under its own privacy policy.
When you request an evaluation
If you use the evaluation form, we collect the details you enter: your name, work email, organization, role, type of programme, approximate cohort size, preferred timing and message. We use them only to reply to your request and to discuss an evaluation with you.
The form sends these details to us by email. We do not store them in a database and we do not add you to a mailing list. We keep the email for as long as we need it to reply and follow up, and then delete it.
Who else handles your information
Cloudflare hosts this website and delivers form emails to us, and our email provider stores the messages we receive. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone for their own purposes.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email evaluations@decisim.com. You may also contact the National Privacy Commission.
DECISIM sessions
This notice covers the website only. When you join a DECISIM session, you are told what the session records and why before you take part.
