For corporate learning
Practise the decisions your people face
Teams decide under pressure, against rivals and with incomplete information — and then examine together what their choices set in motion.
Where it fits
- Leadership and management programmes
- A simulation as the shared experience at the centre of a module, followed by a structured debrief.
- Cross-functional cohorts
- Participants from different functions see how their decisions depend on one another.
- Team offsites
- A group builds a shared vocabulary for trade-offs by deciding, competing and reflecting together.
Framed in your own context
A session can carry your organization's name and logo and a short description of your context, so participants recognise their world. Closer alignment to your own processes and roles is something we can discuss during an evaluation.
Each simulation declares which parts of its framing can be adapted without changing what it teaches, and sessions that use them are marked as adapted.
What participants need
-
A phone and a browser
Participants join from their own phone or laptop with a join code or QR code. There is no account to create, no app to install and nothing to pay.
-
A display name
Participants take part under a display name. When a programme needs real names, the facilitator can ask for them, and participants are told why before they join.
-
Nothing to install on your network
Sessions run in the browser, so participants can join from the devices they already carry.
